- I broke down and got my first cell phone during my junior year of college. I miss my landline.
- My first real exposure to NASCAR was five years ago at the Kansas Motor Speedway. I fell asleep in the second row during the race. Thank goodness the ticket was free!
- My little sister was recently accepted to vet school at the combined Nebraska/Iowa State program — proud big brother moment.
