After 40 years at UNMC, Ed Ramspott, assistant director for finance and administration at the Eppley Institute for Research in Cancer and Allied Diseases, will retire on May 1.
There will be a reception in his honor on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Linder Reading Room in the Michael F. Sorrell Center.
Ramspott joined the UNMC Grants Department in 1974. From there, he worked in budgets, facilities and planning, and joined the Eppley Institute business office in 1980, where he has been for the past 34 years.
