Retirement reception set for Claudia Morgia

A retirement reception will be held Wednesday, May 20, for Claudia Morgia, who will be retiring as the administrator of the division of neurosurgery.

Morgia has been with the division since 1987. She also worked in personnel at UNMC from 1977 to 1984.

“We will miss Claudia greatly,” said Kenneth Follett, M.D., Ph.D., professor and chairman of the division of neurosurgery. “She has been a loyal supporter of our program and a steady and stabilizing influence in the division for many years.”

The reception will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in Private Dining Room C in the University Tower. The campus is invited.
