Retirement reception Friday for Stanley Swanson

Stanley Swanson, a researcher in the UNMC Department of Surgery, will be retiring on Friday after 36 years at UNMC.

A gathering in his honor will be held in the conference room on the 8th floor of the Lied Center, Room 8707, from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.

The Department of Surgery invites you to bid Stanley farewell and wish him luck for the next chapter of his life.

The campus is invited to attend the event.

You've done a lot of good for countless staff and students at UNMC, myself included. Your meticulous skill set a benchmark among researchers here. Kudos
