Dr. Anthony to speak at Olson Center Brown Bag

Women’s sexual and reproductive health constantly changes and evolves over the female life span.

In the next Olson Center Brown Bag lunch discussion, Renaisa Anthony, M.D., will answer questions and provide information about sexual and reproductive health.

Dr. Anthony’s presentation will cover questions such as:

  • How often do I need to see the gynecologist?
  • How do I know if I’m going through menopause?
  • Why does it hurt after sex with my partner?
  • Why do I leak sometimes when I sneeze?
  • Is it normal to not have a period?
  • What are hot flashes?
  • Should I take birth control?

Dr. Anthony, deputy director of the Center for Reducing Health Disparities in the UNMC College of Public Health, will speak and answer questions from noon to 1 p.m. on Sept. 15 in the UNMC Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.

Seating is limited; please pre-register by calling the Olson Center at 402-559-6345.

Bring your lunch and refreshments will be provided.

The lectures are free. However, nursing credit is available at a cost of $10. Payment instructions will be given when you pre-register.
