Joslyn to host UNMC/Nebraska Medicine community

UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees, faculty and students are invited to the Joslyn Art Museum’s “Late ’til 8 Curator Gallery Talk” on Dec. 10.

At 6:30 p.m., join Toby Jurovics, Joslyn’s chief curator and Holland Curator of American Western Art, for a look at the special exhibition “Go West!” In this 45-minute walk-and-talk, Jurovics will discuss the significance of the exhibition and consider key paintings in the show.

Before the program, a special reception will be held for UNMC/Nebraska Medicine in the Omaha Steaks Conference Room from 5-6:30 p.m. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cash bar will be available.

Please RSVP by Friday to unmcevents@unmc.edu.

Space is limited. One guest (immediate family) per employee/student is invited.

A Nebraska Medicine/UNMC identification badge must be presented for admittance.

This event is offered through the Passport Partners Program, which provides free museum admission for UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees, students and their immediate families, with valid identification. The partnership also offers lectures, workshops and other events on the medical center campus.
