Employees who have not yet turned in their 2004 Employee Satisfaction Survey can still do so. All surveys are to be turned in by Friday, Nov. 19.
Employees with Lotus Notes e-mail addresses should have received an e-mail from Career Design, Inc., on Nov. 8, explaining the confidential survey. Please do not delete the e-mail return address of info@careerdesigninc.com.
Employees who may have accidently deleted the e-mail should contact UNMC Human Resources at 402-559-5827 to obtain a replacement log-in/password from Career Design or request that a paper copy be mailed to a campus address. The login-in and password are case sensitive and numeral/letter specific.
Employees who do not have Lotus Notes e-mail addresses have been mailed a paper copy of the survey. A postage-paid business reply envelope is enclosed with the paper copy of the survey for the convenience of those employees and should be mailed to Career Design, Inc.
