At 4 p.m. today, the UNMC United Way committee will draw prize winners for the second week of the campaign.
This week’s prizes include:
- A $25 Nebraska Furniture Mart gift card
- A $25 Amazon gift card
- A $25 Target gift card
- A $50 Baker’s gift card
- A pair of Husker tickets to the Maryland vs. Nebraska football game on Nov. 19
Employees of UNMC who pledge a minimum of $20 to the United Way campaign will be eligible for the prizes listed above. You can log into eServ and make a pledge by 4 p.m. today to be included in the drawing. Once you pledge, you are entered in all drawings.
Employees of UNMC who have donated a minimum of $5 to the United Way also are eligible to receive a free donut and coffee today from 8:30 – 10 a.m., in the Sorrell Center Alumni Commons. Employees must show a printout confirmation of their United Way pledge (or the receipt on a mobile device).
As of 3 p.m. Thursday, UNMC achieved:
- Donations of $141,625.56, 89 percent of the campaign goal of $160,000.
- Employee participation of 37 percent. Remember, using the UNMC eServ website to choose not to donate counts as participation.
