Maureen O’Donnell of Arbor Family Counseling, UNMC’s employee assistance program partner, will speak at UNMC on “StressWaves: Conquering the Uncertain.”
O’Donnell will speak from 10-11 a.m. March 22 at the Sorrell Center, Room 2014.
When change happens every day and uncertainty looms, staying emotionally strong is a challenge. O’Donnell’s presentation will offer strategies for staying grounded, focused and balanced.

As an EAP counselor, Maureen is an excellent resource for us to lean on,” said Margaret Boyce, employee training and development specialist.
The discussion is being presented by the UNMC Department of Human Resources.
