Center for Healthy Living offers ‘Fitness Passes’

UNMC employees, retirees and students, as well as their spouses or significant others, can now explore the Center for Healthy Living’s fitness center and classes without committing to a long-term membership.

The center is now offering new “Fitness Passes.” No ID cards will be issued with this type of membership — participants can use their current ID or call the front desk (402-559-5254) to access the building.

There are three levels of Fitness Passes:

  • Five-pass package for $20
  • 10-pass package for $30
  • 15-pass package for $45

Pass holders can use any portion of the fitness center or take part in any fitness classes or programs.

“People may want to come and try out a class or several classes,” said Jayme Nekuda, associate director of human resources. “And once they use the pass to enter the fitness center, they can use any of the equipment or attend any classes.”
