UNMC’s popular “Music as Medicine” series continues on Nov. 16 with music from the Omaha Chamber Music Society’s Palladium Brass, to be performed at the Durham Outpatient Center West Atrium from noon to 1 p.m.
The group includes Mike Thompson (trumpet), Tom Kelly (trumpet), Noel Johnson (trombone), Tom Dickmeyer (bass trombone) and Kaylene Diaz (horn).
Patients, staff, students and family members are invited to bring lunch and “let music be your medicine.”
The performance is sponsored by the Nebraska Medicine Guild, with support from UNMC’s Human Resources Department.
