Do you have tingling or numbness in your fingers or hand? Or are you experiencing an electric shock sensation or weakness? Carpal tunnel syndrome may be to blame.

Samuel Bierner, M.D., chair of the UNMC Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, will discuss methods to diagnose carpal tunnel syndrome and available treatment options at the next Olson Center Brown Bag Luncheon.

The event will be held from noon-1 p.m. on Feb. 20 at the Eppley Science Hall Auditorium.

The lectures are free, but there is a cost of $10 to obtain nursing credit. Payment instructions will be given at pre-registration.
