In order to ensure alignment and focus of enterprise training resources with the med center’s strategic goals, the One Chart Training Resource Center (TRC), located in Clarkson Tower, will close today.

“This decision was made in order to support current organizational priorities and allow for continuing end-user training both in and out of the classroom setting,” said Tammy Winterboer, Pharm.D., director, clinical effectiveness and informatics at Nebraska Medicine.
First level support for One Chart questions will transition to the IT Help Desk at 402-559-7700, option 2. The Help Desk will escalate issues to the appropriate resource if further assistance is required. Non-urgent issues can continue to be self-submitted as problem tickets.
One Chart trainers also will be available to support providers in the provider lounge on Mondays and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to noon. One Chart training questions and One Chart classroom training coordination requests can be directed to OneChartTrainingRequests@nebraskamed.com. Requests will receive a response within one business day.
