The extraordinary achievements of women will be honored every Wednesday in March at UNMC through four events that feature discussion, history, arts and movement. The hour-long programs begin at 12:30 p.m.
The programs are:
- March 7 — University of Nebraska MED Talks: Eight-minute conversations with a multicultural, multigenerational group of distinguished women. Durham Research Center, Room 1006.
- March 14 — “The Golden Rule in Reverse: How to Take Care of Yourself as Well as You Do Others,” Durham Research Center, Room 1005.
- March 21 — “Making Moves,” lecture and live demos about living a healthy life. Maurer Center for Public Health, Room 3013.
- March 28 — “Healing Hands Expo,” a rich tapestry of women sharing the power to heal, comfort, create, empower, and inspire. Various artists and talents will be on display. Durham Outpatient Center, west atrium.
