UNMC’s popular “Music as Medicine” series continues today with music from Rat Pack Jazz to be performed at the Durham Outpatient Center West Atrium from noon to 1 p.m.
Rat Pack Jazz features vocalist Johnny Adams, guitarist Ron Cooley, Andy Hall on upright bass, Dennis Strawn playing the saxophone, flute and clarinet and Carlos Figueroa playing drums and percussion.
Patients, staff, students and family members are invited to bring lunch and “let music be your medicine.”
The performance is sponsored by the UNMC Office of the Chancellor with support from the UNMC Human Resources Department.
