Music as Medicine will kick off its new season this week, with a jazz performance by Susie Thorne and Friends from noon-1 p.m. Thursday in the Durham Outpatient Center West Atrium.
The season will continue monthly, with scheduled acts including:
- Nov. 15: Omaha Chamber Music Society
- Dec. 13: Central High School Choir
- Jan. 17: Omaha Chamber Music Society
- Feb. 21: Burt Street Individuals (jazz)
- March 21: Omaha Chamber Music Society
- April 18: Adams & Cooley Rat Pack Jazz
- May 16: Omaha Chamber Music Society
All concerts are free and open to the public. Bring your lunch and let music be your medicine.
