How I fell in love with family medicine:
I enjoy taking care of patients of all ages and providing comprehensive health care. My education and training in family medicine has allowed me to take care of a wide range of medical issues in many different settings, i.e., clinic, urgent care, emergency department and hospital. However, the most rewarding part of my job is developing relationships with my patients and families. I gain a deeper understanding of who they are and all the factors that contribute to their overall health. This enables me to treat the whole person and not just the disease.
