United Way prize winners announced

The final drawing for prize winners for participants in the 2018 UNMC United Way campaign was held Friday. The winners were:

• Ashley Wysong, M.D.: $50 Amazon gift card
  
• Joanne Loch: $50 Amazon gift card
  
• Sarah Iwanski: $25 Starbucks gift card
  
• Daniel Jacques: $25 Lowe’s gift card

• Linda Sobeski: $25 Target gift card

Here’s how the participation levels stack up by college or unit:

• College of Allied Health Professions: 100 percent
• Chancellor’s Unit: 72 percent
• Munroe-Meyer Institute: 65 percent
• Academic and Student Affairs: 62 percent
• Facilities Management and Planning: 50 percent
• College of Nursing: 50 percent
• College of Public Health: 48 percent
• Eppley Institute: 45 percent
• Business and Finance: 41 percent
• Human Resources: 38 percent
• ITS: 36 percent
• Research: 34 percent
• College of Medicine: 28 percent
• College of Pharmacy: 23 percent
• College of Dentistry: 2 percent
  

As of 3 p.m. Friday, UNMC achieved:

• Donations of $132,457.
  
• Employee participation of 36 percent, but you can still donate through Dec. 1 or participate with a “no-pledge” option.
