As part of a University of Nebraska systemwide refresh, UNMC letterhead, business cards and envelopes now have a new look.
The internal update, effective Monday, March 11, better highlights each campus icon — in UNMC’s case, the red emblem.
The refresh emerged from the Budget Response Team process to better align the University of Nebraska campuses and allow easier co-branding in cases of shared or dual roles across campuses.
A team with members from all four campuses developed the look in collaboration with campus print shops. As part of the process, the team audited paper use and explored opportunities for more competitive pricing. Benefits of the refreshed stationery include standardized paper use, long-term savings in bulk purchasing and collective buying power.
Offices and departments are encouraged to use the stationery material they have in stock before ordering new stationery. For questions on how to order the new stationery, please contact UNMC Printing Services at 559-4282.

I like the new look. Will there be electronic versions of the letterhead that can be used as a template for writing things like letters of recommendation? These are situations in which we can save money by not printing a letter on letterhead and then scanning that letter as a PDF document. It would be great to have electronic versions of the letterhead that can just be saved as a PDF. Thanks!
