Drs. Gold, Sebastian to speak at campus forum Monday

Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, M.D., will continue his series of “Campus Conversations” Monday, March 18 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. when he speaks with Juliann Sebastian, Ph.D., dean of the UNMC College of Nursing.

The conversation will take place in the Sorrell Center, Room 1005. The campus is invited to attend.

Monday’s event, at which audience and online questions are encouraged, continues an occasional series of public forums that allow Dr. Gold to raise timely issues, as well as receive insights and perspectives from a wide variety of leaders on campus.

Drs. Gold and Sebastian will discuss a variety of topics ranging from the university’s budget and the College of Nursing’s growth in research and training grants to how nursing is meeting the need for nurses in Nebraska and enhancing active learning through the statewide use of iWalls.
