From 10 a.m.-2:30 p.m. today, LiveGreen will be at the Ruth & Bill Scott Student Plaza between the Sorrell Center and Williams Science Hall for a B-Cycle event featuring free cookies, free helmets and free memberships.

All Nebraska Medicine, UNMC, and Clarkson College faculty, staff and students are invited to this event.

The event features:

  • Free B-Cycle memberships;
  • Free helmets you can keep here so you can be safe anytime you want to ride;
  • The chance to try out an electric/pedal assist bike;
  • The chance to put the B-Cycle app on your phone and learn how to check out a bike to ride;
  • Dessert; and
  • The chance to ask questions of the transportation experts — B-Cycle, TravelSmart, Metro/ORBT.
