In mid-July, the Interprofessional Experiential Center for Enduring Learning (iEXCEL) will be moving into the Dr. Edwin G. and Dorothy Balbach Davis Global Center. This involves relocating staff, technology and equipment from three different locations, including the iEXCEL Visualization Hub, currently in the Sorrell Center, Room 1012.

To ensure a successful move, it will be necessary to permanently close down the iEXCEL Visualization Hub (VizHub) beginning July 1. This includes removing availability for meetings, tours, demonstrations and educational events that typically take place in the VizHub.

Academic activities can resume in the Davis Global Center on Sept. 30, following the grand opening events scheduled during the week of Sept. 23.

“We apologize for this inconvenience, and thank you very much for your patience and understanding as iEXCEL makes the transition to the Davis Global Center,” said Pamela Boyers, Ph.D., associate vice chancellor, clinical simulation, iEXCEL.
