Beginning June 1, parking permits for UNMC and Nebraska Medicine can be purchased through an online portal, accessible at unmcparking.t2hosted.com. To retain your assigned space and lot, all faculty, staff and colleagues with a valid parking permit should renew online by July 30.
Renewals must be done by July 30 or your current permit will be cancelled and your assigned space and lot will be forfeited. Renewals that occur after July 30 must be made in person at UNMC Parking Services.
To renew your current permit, log in to unmcparking.t2hosted.com with your network login ID and password. An account has been created for all UNMC and Nebraska Medicine employees. You will need to enter your primary vehicle information when you use the online system for the first time. Do not log in as a guest, as you will not be able to access your current parking information or save your vehicle information for future use.
If you currently park with a carpool parking pass, please stop by the UNMC Parking Services office. Carpool renewals must be done in person.
As part of the renewal process, you will be asked for your home address so that your new parking permit can be mailed to you. Please note this is a two-year renewal, so the price displayed includes the cost of parking from July 2019 to June 2021. You will not pay this balance at one time. When you select “pay now,” you will be authorizing payroll deduction for payments.
Parking fees do not generate revenue for the medical center. Parking costs cover such annual operating expenses as ongoing repairs and maintenance of lots. Fees also cover land purchases, snow removal, security and enforcement, equipment, lot improvements and administrative costs.
