Due to necessary repair work, the sidewalk on the west side of 42nd Street from the entrance of parking lot 22L, just north of the 4230 Building, north to Emile Street will be closed — including the southwest corner of 42nd and Emile Streets — beginning today and running through Aug. 12.
Work already underway on the west sidewalk of 42nd St., from the entrance to parking lot 22L south to Leavenworth Street, including the northwest corner of Leavenworth and 42nd Streets, will continue through this period, as well.
A portion of sidewalk on the north side of Emile Street in front of the Sorrell Center also will be closed during this time.
The sideway on the east side of 42nd Street from 42nd to Emile Street, alongside the Dr. Edwin G. & Dorothy Balbach Davis Global Center, will be open.
