Beginning around 9 a.m. today, the City of Omaha will begin the milling process on Harney Street from 40th Street to 42nd Street. The street repair work is expected to be completed Saturday afternoon, Aug. 17.
The street work may cause major congestion for people getting into lots 5 and Lot 6.
