The extraordinary achievements of women will be honored in March as UNMC recognizes Women’s History Month with two events — one focusing on art and one focusing on business.

Felicia Webster, better known as Withlove, Felicia, will speak on March 10.

Withlove, Felica is a multidimensional artist who believes in using the arts to “edutain,” promote social change, express love, empower, create connections, invite healing, teach, have fun and build authentic relationships with people around the globe.

“I couldn’t live without art,” Webster said. “I am an artist; a social change and healing artist.”

Withlove, Felicia will take participants on a journey through the creative process to recognize and honor the power in the spirit of a woman. Her presentation will be held from noon-1 p.m. via Zoom.

Amanda Schroeder, vice president and senior program manager for Wells Fargo, will speak on March 31.

Shroeder will discuss “Women and Wealth: The Confidence of a Life Well Planned.” The discussion also will feature a financial-planning checklist. Her presentation will be held from noon-1 p.m. via Zoom.

UNMC and University of Nebraska at Omaha employees can register in Bridge. Look for each event title to sign up separately.
