Spotlight on new faculty – meet Grace Davis, M.D.

picture disc.Grace Davis, M.D., assistant professor, general internal medicine section, is among the many new faculty members on the UNMC campus.

Name: Grace Brodie Davis, M.D.

Title: Assistant professor – general internal medicine section, part-time. Her main duties involve working in the Durham Outpatient Clinic and assisting in the Acute Care Clinic. She has a special interest in women’s health.

Specialty: Internal medicine

Medical degree: Dr. Davis received her medical degree from the University of Nevada, School of Medicine in Reno, Nev.

Residency: Primary care internal medicine residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange, Calif.

Previous positions: Dr. Davis previously worked in Albuquerque, N.M., at the Lovelace Sandia Medical Center in the Department of Internal Medicine (1991 to 2005).

Clinic hours: Weekdays from 8:30 to 11:10 a.m.
