Question 8 – Here is the surgery clinic in the 1950s. Where was it located?
Answer 8 — From the late 1920s, the clinics were located in the South Laboratory (now Bennett Hall), with the entrance on a curving drive facing Emile Street. The surgery clinic was on the ground floor of the building (now level 2). Notice the colored lines on the floor to lead patients back and forth to the other parts of the hospital through the tunnels.
