Turner Park team delivers gifts to needy families

Back row from left: Jean Thierfelder, M.D., Marcus Snow, M.D., Abby Cheloha, M.D., Robin Fermin, Steven Craig, M.D., (front row from left) John Carman, Peggy Fox and Linlee Langston were among those from UNMC Physicians Turner Park Clinic who spent Saturday morning participating in the second-annual Adopt-a-Patient program.

Several members of UNMC Physicians’ Turner Park Clinic staff were in the holiday spirit on Saturday morning.

The Turner Park team took part in the second-annual Adopt-a-Patient event, during which they delivered gifts to 16 needy families who are served at the clinic.

The clinic has made the program a yearly event. Watch UNMC Today next holiday season for information about donating toys to the program.
