The event, which is free for UNMC, UNMC Physicians and The Nebraska Medical Center employees, students and their families, will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the museum.
An afternoon of family fun is planned, including guided tours of the museum’s latest exhibit, “Legends of the West: The Foxley Collection” and several children’s activities including: leather braiding, cowboy poetry and creating a poke sack.
Those planning to attend are asked to present their identification badge at any Joslyn admissions desk for free admission. The Passport Partners program offers employees, students and their families free admission to the museum, as well as other programs throughout the year on the medical center campus and at the museum.
Free admission to the museum can be obtained any time throughout the year by presenting a valid identification badge.
