HR policy Web site updated

UNMC’s Human Resources Web site has been updated with the most recent changes in policies, such as the change in employee leave and vacation policies.

Here are the policies that have been updated:

  • Policy #1001 — Employee Leave Policy;
  • Policy #1004 — Employment Policy;
  • Policy #1020 — Employee Grievance Process Policy;
  • Policy #1049 — Outside Employment Policy;
  • Policy #1097 — Performance Evaluations Policy;
  • Policy #1098 — Corrective and Disciplinary Action Policy; and
  • Policy #1099 — Non Discrimination-Sexual Harassment Policy.

To view the policies, click here to go to the human resources Web site. Once there, click HR site on the right side of the screen, then click Employee Guidelines, followed by a click of the letter P and then again on Policy Manual Topical List.

“Employees should visit the Web site and review these and other policies so they will know our stance on these important issues,” UNMC Employee Relations Director Carmen Sirizzotti said.
