The 2007-2010 UNMC Strategic Plan has been posted on the UNMC Intranet.

The plan was developed following the April 12 Chancellor’s Retreat. The retreat outlined the direction of the medical center for the near future, which will include an emphasis on issues such as health care quality education, healthy aging and clinical/translational research.
“The strategic plan acts as a road map for UNMC as we continue to move toward world-class status,” said John Adams, Ph.D., assistant vice chancellor for budget and strategic planning. “Employees should become familiar with the plan so they can see where we are going and how they can contribute to achieving UNMC’s strategic objectives.”
