An eight-page booklet highlighting UNMC’s 2007-2010 Strategic Plan is now available on the UNMC Intranet (info.unmc.edu).
The booklet, which is being distributed to key audiences, includes a message from Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., on healthy aging, as well as features on two initiatives UNMC will focus on in the coming months: clinical and translational research and health care quality education.
“All of us play a key role in advancing UNMC,” said John Adams, Ph.D., assistant vice chancellor for budget and strategic planning. “This strategic planning booklet communicates our plan in words and pictures and will help inform individuals, both inside and outside UNMC, on our direction for the future.”
Employees may view or download the booklet by visiting the 2007-2010 strategic plan on the “quick connects” section of the UNMC Intranet. There, employees also can see a more detailed plan with quarterly progress reports.
