Tea for Dr. Buehler set for Jan. 3

Bruce Buehler, M.D.

A tea for Bruce Buehler, M.D., will be Thursday, Jan. 3 from 1 to 3 p.m. in University Tower’s Private Dining Room C.

Dr. Buehler recently stepped down from his dual role as chairman of the Munroe-Meyer Institute and the department of pediatrics.

He was MMI chairman for more than 25 years and pediatrics chairman for more than 16 years.

Dr. Buehler will remain on the UNMC faculty as a professor of pediatrics and executive director of the Hattie B. Munroe Center for Human Genetics.
