Specialty: Head and neck surgical oncology, thyroid cancer and skull base neoplasms.

Residency: Residency program in otolaryngology, University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics, Columbia, Mo.

Fellowships: Head and neck and microvascular surgery, University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, Iowa.
