A link is available on the UNMC Employee Self Service (ESS) site that allows employees to add or drop subscriptions to the UNMC Today weekly hard copy.
Employees wishing to add or drop a subscription can do so by:
- Using Lotus Notes usernames and passwords to accessing the UNMC ESS Web site — which is found in the Quick Links on top of the UNMC Intranet (info.unmc.edu); then
- Clicking on the “Employee Links” folder;
- Click again on the “Printed UNMC Today Subscription” icon, and
- Select the tab to either subscribe or unsubscribe.
Unless they specify otherwise, all UNMC employees are subscribed to receive a weekly hard copy.
Employees can add and drop their subscriptions as often as they see fit.
All employees with UNMC e-mail accounts will receive UNMC Today’s online newsletter every weekday. Medical center policy requires that the UNMC Today daily newsletter be sent to every campus e-mail account because it often contains information considered vital to the campus.
