That’s the theme behind a series in UNMC Today called “Lookin’ at U.”

  • I’m from a small town in Arizona and grew up on a Hereford cattle ranch. The world of agriculture is a great place to grow up.

  • I climbed Mt. St. Helens in Washington state, which was much harder than I thought it would be!

  • I am a huge fan of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

  • Languages and other cultures fascinate me.

  • I have a busy family that includes my husband, Jim, who teaches math; my son, Nick, who is 14; my daughter, Julie, who is 12; and a wonderful bichon/poodle dog.

Read UNMC Today next Thursday to see who is featured in the next Lookin’ at U article. Who knows — it could be U.
