2008 Employee Satisfaction Survey due Wednesday.

A note from UNMC Human Resources

UNMC personnel have until Wednesday to complete their 2008 Employee Satisfaction Survey.

The survey was sent initially Sept. 10 electronically to all regular full-time and part-time employees who have a Lotus Notes e-mail address. The sender of the e-mail, which was titled “UNMC 2008 Satisfaction Survey,” was Employee_Survey@insala.com.

Employees who don’t have e-mail were sent paper copies of the survey.

As of Monday afternoon about 1,000 of the roughly 3,700 employees who were sent surveys have responded, said John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for business and finance and executive director of human resources

“We really would like all employees to respond,” Russell said, noting that the survey should take just a few minutes to complete.

UNMC has obtained the services of a private consulting firm, Jerry Dyksterhuis, LLC, to process and tabulate the survey responses and to ensure confidentiality.

Employees may only respond one time to the 32-question survey, which is aimed at reassessing perceptions of current, regular employees.
