Lindsey Griepenstroh

  • I am a farmer’s daughter from Nebraska City — Home of Arbor Day.

  • At Cornell College, I played hockey and was a cheerleader.

  • I have a texture phobia when it comes to food, especially coconut.

  • I won a hula hooping competition when I was little.

  • I have one thumb that is shorter than the other.
