Employees have until Friday, Nov. 15, to complete the 2002 UNMC Employee Satisfaction Survey.
UNMC Lotus Notes e-mail users were sent the satisfaction survey electronically from cdijobline@aol.com on Oct. 31. UNMC has retained Career Design Inc. to conduct the survey.
Nov. 15 is the deadline for online submission of the survey. After that date, the one-time-use, randomly generated access code will expire.
Employees who wish to complete the survey and have deleted it from their e-mail accounts, as well as those employees who prefer to complete a paper copy, can contact Human Resources — Employee Relations at (402) 559-5827 or via fax at (402) 559-5904. A printed copy will then be mailed to those employees at the address of their choice.
