Staff from Dreams MedSpa will be on campus for an informational session on Thursday.

UNMC Physicians’ Dreams MedSpa will host an informational booth with a giveaway on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Durham Outpatient Center West Atrium.

Employees at UNMC, The Nebraska Medical Center and UNMC Physicians receive a 10 percent discount on medspa products and services.

“A medical spa, or medspa, is different from a typical salon-style spa,” said Rachel LeClair, manager of the medspa, which is at 17617 Burke St., just south of Village Pointe Shopping Center. “Medspas offer specialized treatments and medical grade products that are supervised by licensed health care professionals.”

Dreams MedSpa offers:

Micro-dermabrasion, permanent cosmetics, massage therapy and laser treatments; and
Facial peels and cosmetic products such as Latisse, Revision, Skinceuticals, Obagi and Jane Iredale mineral makeup.
