The following is a corrected schedule of today’s Puchasing Card (P-Card) pick-up sessions:
- 8:30 to 9 a.m. — Sorrell Center, 2nd Floor Atrium
- 9:15 to 10 a.m. — Durham Research Center II Commons
- 10:15 to 10:50 a.m. — Durham Outpatient Center, Room 2628
- 11 to 11:30 a.m. — Munroe-Meyer Institute Conference Room 3016
Other notes
- Each cardholder must pick up and sign for his/her own card. Do not ask colleagues to pick up cards for others.
- Those unable to pick up their cards during the times listed can pick them up at the Administration Center in Room 3001.
- Unless special arrangements are made, cards must be picked up by Sept. 30 or they will be destroyed.
- New cards may be activated by phone anytime after 12:01 a.m. on Sept. 1. Cardholders will be prompted to enter an activation code, which is the last four digits of their UNMC Personnel ID Numbers. These numbers can be found on electronic pay stubs or by contacting department HR or SAP/Firefly Support at 559-5880.
