Beginning Friday, 40th Street south of Jones Street will be closed for utility work.
Access to Parking Lot No. 21 will be maintained from 40th Street south of the construction site and Emile Street at the north.
Jones Street also will be closed at 40th Street.
There will be no through traffic on 40th Street.
Access to Parking Lot No.15 from Jones Street will be maintained but traffic will have to come from the east by way of 38th Avenue or 39th Street from Leavenworth Street.
All work should be completed by Wednesday (Aug. 25).
