Employee Satisfaction Survey deadline Sept. 29

Employees can voice their opinion in the 2010 Employee Satisfaction Survey and 2010 Satisfaction Survey, which were distributed last week.

The deadline to complete the online surveys is Wednesday, Sept. 29.

The satisfaction and commitment of UNMC’s faculty and staff continues to be a critical success factor in the campus strategic plan. The surveys are one way of assessing the UNMC population’s satisfaction.

Last week, Jerry Dyksterhuis, LLC completed the online distribution of the 2010 Employee Satisfaction Survey and 2010 Satisfaction Survey, via e-mail directly to all regular full-time and part-time employees who have a Lotus Notes e-mail address.

Jerry Dyksterhuis, LLC used an IT Platform Manager, Insala, PLLC, which sent an e-mail with full instructions for completing the surveys.

The sender of the e-mails was Satisfaction_Survey@insala.com and were titled “Employee Satisfaction Survey” for faculty and staff and “Satisfaction Survey” for graduate assistants and house officers.

Since then, more than 950 people from UNMC have participated in the surveys.

The surveys have been designed to be very brief and take only a few minutes to complete.
