New curriculum development office director to be identified

A search is underway for the director of UNMC’s newly established Curriculum Development Office.

A Ph.D. level educational/curriculum design expert who has broad experience in curricular master planning and evaluation is being recruited. The successful candidate will review/help coordinate many separate and diverse existing efforts related to the delivery of educational material, including local and distance education.

Applicants also must:

  • Be proficient in research design, data analysis and management, and the design and use of evaluation instruments;
  • Preferably have three to five year’s of experience in adult education in the health sciences; and
  • Have superior communication and organizational skills.
