Free flu shots for employees today

UNMC employees can get flu shots today from 7 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. in lower Storz Pavilion 6 and 8. Access the flu shot consent form.

Consent form

Employees can complete a new online consent form before attending one of the free flu vaccination clinics.

The badge number on the back of your employee badge will be required to complete the consent form.

Visit http://newintranet.nebraskamed.com/vaccine/ to access the consent form or for more information.

Consent forms also are available at the clinics.

UNMC employees can get flu shots today from 7 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. in lower Storz Pavilion 3 and 4.

Future clinics for employees to get shots are scheduled for:

Oct. 27 — 7 to 9 a.m. in Private Dining Room B and 1 to 3 p.m. in lower Storz Pavilion 6 and 7
Oct. 29 — 7 to 9 a.m., Private Dining Room B
Nov. 2 — 1 to 3 p.m., Private Dining Room B
Nov. 9 — 1 to 3 p.m., lower Storz Pavilion 6 and 7
Nov. 10 — 7 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., lower Storz Pavilion 6 and 7
Nov. 11 — 7 to 9 a.m., lower Storz Pavilion 7 and 8

Staff must show employee identification badges to receive the free vaccinations. Vaccinations for all off-site locations will be scheduled by Employee Health. Off-site locations will be notified with clinic dates and times.

The live attenuated flu vaccine (LAIV, intranasal vaccine, FluMistTM) will not be stocked for routine administration to staff.
