Forty-two UNMC employees recently graduated from the medical center’s Management Series.

The eight-month series provides UNMC supervisors, managers and administrators with the tools to become highly effective leaders.
It also provides participants with an understanding of UNMC policies and procedures.
Sponsored by UNMC Human Resources, the UNMC Management Series covered such topics as:
- Leadership;
- Communication;
- Compliance;
- Teamwork;
- Managing change;
- Performance management;
- Employee motivation; and
- Diversity.
