What is your best memory from your time at UNMC?

The Parkinson’s disease skate-a-thon! It was great to see scientists, doctors and people from the community gathering together under a common goal — to raise awareness and funds for PD research and Parkinson’s heath development. I had a wonderful time skating and watching others skate!

Our four brand values are leadership, commitment to excellence, working together and being a trusted resource. Pick one and tell us a time you witnessed it embodied at UNMC.

Working together and being a trusted resource. I use the UNMC Cell Analysis Core Facility several times per week and they have been wonderful to work with. They were very helpful when I was developing my protocols and trying to increase the yield of cells from my samples. They are definitely a trusted resource!
