UNMC student enrollment climbs to record high
For the third straight year, student enrollment at the University of Nebraska Medical Center reached an all-time high with 3,124 students enrolled for the 2007-08 school year – an increase of 1.9 percent over last year’s previous record total of 3,067. Omaha Police acknowledge heroic UNMC lab technician
UNMC veterinarian research technician Rick Robinson was minding his own business driving home from his part time job as a security officer at 1 a.m. on March 31 when a car whizzed past him at a high rate of speed. Moments later Robinson noticed the car was swerving. No more than a block later, Robinson’s usual drive home took a different turn.
