Buffett Cancer Center
The Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center has a variety of conference rooms available via Outlook Calendar.
For rooms that require sheduling approval, Outlook will acknowledged receipt of the request and book the space as "tentative." Once approved, email notification will be sentl to the requester.
Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Outlook system does not allow rooms to be double-booked. Outlook room scheduling instructions.
Scheduling a room with video conferencing:
Follow these steps to schedule IP Video for Rooms 0.12.101, 0.12.102, 0.12.103, 4.12.03 and 9.12.330
- Use Outlook Calendar to schedule the room, setting the start time 45 minutes before the actual event is to begin.
- Complete the online form to begin the video conferencing scheduling process. In the event description field, provide details about the event, including the remote audience and how it will participate.

Support
AV technologists provide in-room support for Buffett's technology-enabled classrooms and conference rooms. Staff hours are flexible; standard hours are 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Classroom Technology Help Desk
In addition to in-room support, a classroom-technology support line, 402-559-7665, is available 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 6 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday. If your issue cannot be resolved by phone, a technician will be dispatched.
